Jarrard, Nowell & Russell LLC has hired Bridgette H. Marsh as a staff accountant. Marsh, who was initially hired as an intern late last year, has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina and plans to pursue a Master of Science in accountancy from the College of Charleston. She previously served as assistant chief page for the S.C. House of Representatives. Marsh is certified for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
