Jarrard, Nowell & Russell to open office in Summerville

Charleston, S.C. — Jarrard, Nowell & Russell, LLC, a Charleston-based accounting and business advisory firm, will open a second office in the heart of Summerville on Wednesday, January 13th. The opening, which will be marked by a ribbon cutting ceremony co-hosted by the Greater Summerville Dorchester County Chamber of Commerce, will occur at 4:00 p.m. Mayor Berlin G. Myers is scheduled to attend.
