Jarrard, Nowell & Russell provides a response to allegations arising from anonymous whistleblowers, and regulatory and law enforcement agencies (e.g. SEC, US Attorney’s Office). We will assist where there are allegations of employee embezzlement and theft, vendor kick-backs and fictitious vendor schemes and non-financial wrongdoings such as harassment and discrimination. Our experience includes evaluating allegations of fraud in the financial statements and wrongdoing involving management, employees, or third parties.

We offer services conducting interviews and background checks, gathering and analyzing documents and electronic evidence, and conducting an analysis of movement of assets.
